Due to the nature of used and refurbished equipment, all sales made by Grain Valley Equipment Company are final.

No Returns or Refunds
All equipment is sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing prior to purchase. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a sale has been completed.

Inspection Prior to Purchase
Customers are encouraged to ask questions, request additional photos or information, and inspect equipment in person prior to purchase whenever possible.

Shipping and Freight
Shipping, freight, and delivery costs are non-refundable. Grain Valley Equipment Company is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.

Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed upon in writing prior to purchase.
